| Bio: | Hallo. I'm Fer-de-Lance; FDL or Lance if you're the sort for nicknames. I'm a Slytherin, I'm a slasher, I use this journal for recs. Recs can be found neatly (for the most part) sorted in the Memories section, AND are also tagged, for added convenience. You may find recs by fandom (HP, POTC, Discworld), by category (gen, slash), by type (art, fics), and by pairing (Potterverse pairings are abbreviated, e.g. HP/SS; others are by name, e.g. Jack/Will). Be warned: 99% of my recs are slash. I'm primarily a HP fan, at least right now, but I also dabble in other fandoms, including Final Fantasy VII and XII, Loveless (manga), Discworld, Pirates of the Caribbean, Vagrant Story, Sherlock Holmes, and a number of others; occasionally I may post recs for these as well. My own (few) efforts are here as well; but I have not filed them with the recs. They are currently stashed under "My Writing" and you're welcome to look, but alas, so far it's only a scant handful of drabbles. I welcome feedback of all kinds, especially concrit -- I can't get better if I don't know what I'm doing wrong! ****It seems to be de rigeur lately to warn people of one's "friending policy". To that effect, I advise you that mine is probably best characterised as "so laid-back I'm nearly horizontal". If you want to friend me, do so. If you want to defriend me, do so. I do not keep track. If you would like to be friended in return, leave a comment somewhere -- I'm scatterbrained, and I can't read minds.
